For this article, I continue with the Nordic dwarfs painted last year, bringing out some pictures of work in progress.
On the two photos below, we see the cream beige and black that we find on almost the entire unit, especially on the shields.
The beige is very simple, it is several diluted coats of VMC 821 German Cam Beige WWII, gradually lightened with VMC 70918 Ivory.
The black is simply highlighted with VMC 70994 Dark grey, then with a little Ivory.
In fact, almost everything (skin, leather, beard...) is lightened at some point with Ivory, this helps to reinforce a form of chromatic coherence.
